Orders are processed once the product, size, design, quantity, printing method and pricing are confirmed.

You are responsible for the artwork, text, names, numbers and other personalisation you give us. Please check every detail before confirming — once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Customised products are made specifically to your requirements, so returns or exchanges may not be available for change-of-mind requests.

Minor differences between artwork on a screen and the finished print can occur, because of screen settings, fabric, printing method and material. Minor variation in printing is part of the process.

If you supply your own garments for printing, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects, fabric damage, colour variation, shrinkage or material limitations.
