Returns

Because each piece is printed for you, we do not take returns for a change of mind.

If the print is wrong, the garment is faulty, or the size we sent is not the size you ordered, message us within 7 days and we reprint or refund.

Returns and exchanges are generally not available for:

• Change of mind
• An incorrect size chosen at checkout
• Artwork you approved
• Spelling or personalisation details you approved
• Colour expectations based only on how a screen displayed the design

For a damaged, defective or incorrectly produced item, send us:

• Your order details
• Clear photographs or video of the product
• What is wrong with it

Cancellations: you can cancel an order for a full refund until we start printing it. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once printing has started, an order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds go back to the way you paid — UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. We start an approved refund within 2 working days, and it reaches your account within 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
